Refund policy

At Livronic, we strive to ensure the best quality in every product we deliver. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are happy to accept a return under the following conditions:


Eligibility for Returns
  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged upon delivery.

  • A 360° unboxing video of the package is required as proof.

  • The video must clearly show the sealed package, the process of opening, and the damaged product.

  • Requests without proper video proof will not be eligible for return or refund.


Return Process
  1. Email us at livronic@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share your order details along with the 360° unboxing video.

  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.


Refunds
  • After the returned item is received and verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement (as per your preference).

  • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.


Non-Returnable Items
  • Products without video proof of damage.

  • Products returned after the 48-hour window.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery.
