At Livronic, we strive to ensure the best quality in every product we deliver. However, if you receive a damaged product, we are happy to accept a return under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged upon delivery.

A 360° unboxing video of the package is required as proof.

The video must clearly show the sealed package, the process of opening, and the damaged product.

Requests without proper video proof will not be eligible for return or refund.
Return Process

Email us at livronic@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Share your order details along with the 360° unboxing video.

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Refunds

After the returned item is received and verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement (as per your preference).

Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items

Products without video proof of damage.

Products returned after the 48-hour window.

Items damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery.
