Shipping, returns & the fine print

Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over ₹699. Below that, a flat ₹59 anywhere in India.
Express adds ₹80 and delivers in 1–2 working days. Order before 2pm IST and it leaves the same day.
Everything dispatches from New Delhi within 24 working hours.
Metros: 2–3 working days. Rest of India: 3–5. We currently deliver within India only — for international orders, see the Amazon.com and Amazon.ae links on each product page.
Tracking is emailed the moment the parcel is handed to the courier.

Cash on delivery

Available across India on orders up to ₹5,000.
Refused COD parcels may restrict COD on future orders from the same address.

Returns & refunds

Thirty days from delivery, in original condition and packaging, refunded in full.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items are replaced at our cost — keep the original, no return shipment needed.
Refunds reach the original payment method in 5–7 working days once the return is received.
Used mop refill pads and opened hygiene items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Bought on Amazon or Flipkart? Raise it through that marketplace — their flow is faster and we are notified either way.

Warranty

Kansa tools carry a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects in the alloy or the handle join.
Mop frames and handles carry six months against mechanical failure, including the telescopic lock.
Natural patina on bronze and normal wear on refill pads are not defects.

Terms of sale

Prices are in Indian rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. We may correct pricing or listing errors at any point before dispatch, and will contact you rather than silently cancelling. Product photography and illustrations are representative; natural wood grain and bronze patina vary between individual pieces. Livronic® is a registered mark and the trade marks of Amazon, Flipkart and Meesho belong to their respective owners — marketplace links on this site are provided so you can buy wherever you prefer.

Privacy

What we collect. When you place an order we store your name, email, phone number and delivery address so we can fulfil, deliver and support it. If you create an account we also store a securely hashed password — we can never see the password itself. Messages you send through the contact form and email addresses you sign up to the newsletter with are stored so we can reply to them.

Payments. Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Card, UPI and bank details are entered directly with Razorpay and never reach or get stored on our servers; we only receive a payment reference and its status.

Cookies and storage. We use one essential session cookie to keep you signed in and to protect forms against forgery. Your cart, wishlist and recently-viewed items are kept in your own browser's local storage. We load no advertising or third-party tracking scripts.

Sharing. We share your delivery details only with the courier carrying your parcel, and never sell or rent personal data. To see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, contact us.
